Floral Lane provides same day delivery service within DUBAI.
Please mention your preferred delivery time on PRODUCT PAGE or in NOTES ON CHECKOUT. We will prioritize it and deliver your order around requested time. If you order after 7 PM, your order will be delivered the next day or on your nominated day.
If you’re in a hurry, you can check our Express Delivery which guarantees delivery within a 3 hours period.
If you entered wrong address, contact details or if you want to change the message on your card, please phone (071 56 445 4911) or email us (florallaneuae@gmail.com) with the details at least 1 hour in advance and we will gladly update the details of your order.
Before delivery we will share with you photos of the order to get your approval. After photos are approved, no changes can be done.
If recipient is not at home at the delivery moment, our delivery company will attempt to contact the recipient and yourself. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our shop for you to arrange an additional delivery for a fee of 25AED. You can arrange to leave flowers unattended or with a neighbor, just let us know during the conformation of your order.
After your order will be delivered, you receive the confirmation message in WhatsApp and by email (if order was placed on website and email was provided).
